Service Description

We'll meet you on site at either the property you live in, or attend a property viewing with you. Typically we will spend between one and two hours at the property, walking around it and discussing the design opportunities based on your aspirations and ideas. There are typically a number of ways you can unlock the potential of a property to get the home you are after. We will discuss the potential of any reconfiguration, renovation, or extension in terms of planning and building regulations, budget/construction cost, and what the process and stages of each would be. Following the meeting on site we will issue with a sketch plan and 3D image(s) as well as a summary document covering all that we have discussed. * This service is generally only available within the Greater Manchester area, but please do ask if you would like us to visit a property further afield and we'll see what we can do.
